We manage from the program from planning, design and procurement through construction, commissioning and closeout. Our program management services are adaptable to any project delivery system, from traditional design-bid-build to construction manager at risk (CMR). As seasoned architects, designers and constructionists, we can readily identify the assumptions/directions taken in planning and design that will impact scope, cost and schedule during construction. We can quantify various design trade-offs and apply our detailed knowledge of building codes, standards, material and equipment life-cycle costs and installation issues to develop practical, functional and cost-effective solutions.
