The Grady Memorial Hospital is one of only two Burn centers, and is the top rated Burn Center in the state of Georgia.  It provides comprehensive care for pediatric and adult patients.  The Burn Center which admits over 400 patients each year and approximately 2000 outpatient visits are performed annually, was in desperate need of a face lift.

This newly remodeled facility includes 23 intensive and intermediate care beds and a new outpatient clinic for the treatment of less serious burns and follow-up care. Special hydrotherapy tables were provided to allow for precise temperature control along with providing hygienic bathing and wound care.

The Nationally acclaimed Burn Unit is an integral part of Grady Hospital, 14 outpatient beds and 19 inpatient beds are provided using advanced burn care.  A warm, fresh, and calm environment was achieved through the use of color, a multitude of textures, and finishes. DDG created the new Grady Interior Finish Standards that are being implemented today.
